For set designs, the fonts and styles are already set, for custom designs, we can produce almost any design you could possibly want - letters, words and logos.
Our custom orders are split into 2 sides - text based designs using one of our 28 fonts options, and the fully custom logo/designs where you can choose unique options and we will quote directly.

Please note - Each sign (custom or pre-set design) comes standard with a remote control which can be used to dim the light (or make it brighter), switch it on and off from distance and program the light to flash/glow in multiple patterns - great for controlling your sign and making it fit it for each and every situation - party, chill or day time...
Each sign also has the option for backing to be trimmed in one of 2 ways - cut to shape or whole board:

Are LED neon signs prone to breakages? What are they made of?
Our LED Neon is made from proprietary PVC molding technology, most signs deliver with high quality acrylic as backing.
Our neon signs produce relatively no heat, unbreakable, energy-efficient, and least expensive compared to traditional glass tube neon.They are much stronger than traditional neon signs.
Can you use LED Neon Sign Signs outdoor?
Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoors events and outdoor permanent installation. Please specify your application when you submit your custom order inquiry or choose it direct on our custom sign product page.
What’s the typical lead time for custom orders?
All orders are made to order by hand in our own UK production facility with the upmost of care and attention to detail.
Due to extremely high demand recently, there is a slight waiting list right now - we treat all orders first come first served, so right now hand made custom production time averages 2-3 weeks after payment. We never rush production as each piece is kept to the highest standard. You will always be kept updated on your piece throughout this time frame.
Please also be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and regardless of shipping service we use, they may be subject to some delays out of our hands. We will always do our best to ensure fastest possible production and delivery.
Shipping times refer to time in transit after the piece completes production and leaves our factory - Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is on average 2-7 days after production fdepending on country and service level chosen at checkout.
How do you power the neon signs?
All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with plug for each shipping country) and it comes with a 12V transformer.
How long do the LED neon signs last?
The lifetime of LED light lasts minimum of 30,000 hours. That is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on neon sign for 10 hours per day. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs. Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items and we can supply replacements if necessary if outside of the warranty period.
Does it require any maintenance?
Not at all. LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.
Installation:
What’s the length of the power cord?
The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long encased with a clear coating, with an additional of 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. There’s another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug. In total it’s 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug.
How safe are LED neon signs?
Our LED neon signs are only 12V so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. Because of its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operating.
Will my neon sign require any specialist installation?
The majority of neon signs that we supply are for internal use, and come mounted on an acrylic panel (making them easily portable), complete with a normal mains plug, which can be plugged into an accessible plug socket. The sign simply needs to be fixed onto the wall, or suspended from chain that we can supply as optional accessory. Neon signs for permanent external use, and some large internal neon signs, will require specialist installation.

What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 12 month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

Yes! We can ship all over the world - you'll see options at checkout.

What are the colors available?
We have a total of 9 colours - Pink, Light Green, Blue, Light Blue, Purple, Red, Yellow, Orange and White!
Can you use any font or design to create an LED Neon Sign?
Yes, however some fonts and designs work better than others like script and sans-serif fonts. We will recommend only monoline (equal width) fonts due to the tube that we are using. Calligraphy/brush styles can’t be replicated precisely. We are more than happy to advise and assist with your ideas.
How much does a custom sign cost?
Our custom made neon signs start at just £80GBP. Sign cost varies depending on sign size and design complexity. Use the custom product page to get a price, or email our team at custom@neonbeach.com

Is there a minimum size that you need to work to?
We tend to work to a minimum letter height of around 10cm (4”), as we find that letters have more definition at this size. It is possible to make letters smaller than this, but larger letters do tend to look neater. Generally, this also means we offer a minimum sign size of 50cm in width, and usually work up to 300cm wide - however, email our team at custom@neonbeach.com if you have additional questions! :)

Returns
All our pieces are made by hand to order, meaning each one is as unique as you!
We can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at support@neonbeach.com and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.
We offer a 12 month guarantee on all pieces, so if your piece breaks or stops working in any way during this period just let us know and we will replace it free of charge! :)
Import Fees/Duties
Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also how big/heavy the piece is.
This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands - many orders won't be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Neon Beach.
