What are LED neon signs made of?
Our LED neon signs are made from silicone and are mounted on high quality acrylic as backing.
Do LED Neon signs consume a lot of Energy?
Our LED neon signs produce relatively no heat, are energy-efficient, and are less expensive compared to traditional glass tube neon.
What’s the typical lead time for orders?
Our usual production & delivery time is between 2 to 3 weeks, when we are busy this can take up to 6 weeks to hand make your LED neon sign.
Please note: We are extremely busy and our current lead time is around 3 - 5 weeks. There is a small chance we may be able to rush your order, reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.

How do you power the LED neon signs?
All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with a plug that’s specific to the country you’re shipping to) and it comes with a 12V transformer. We also provide an alternative option of battery-operated signs, if you are interested in this option please contact custom@neonbeach.com.
How long do LED neon signs last?
LED neon lights tend to last four years, this is assuming that the sign will be turned on for 8 to 10 hours per day. This lifespan is three times longer than traditional glass neon signs. Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items which we can supply if within the warranty period.
Do LED neon signs require any maintenance or installation help?
No, LED neon signs are maintenance free and require no installation help. The sign simply needs to be fixed onto the wall via screws, which we provide, or command strips, which you can buy here.
What’s the length of the power cord?
The length of the power cord is 1.2M.
How safe are LED neon signs?
Our LED neon signs are only 12V so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. Because of its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operation.
What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 12 month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our LED neon signs. However, this guarantee does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.
Can we make your custom design?
Yes, we can make almost anything you want! You can create and order your custom text designs here. Our onsite design tool provides you with a visual mock-up of your sign so that you can experiment with multiple colours, sizes, and fonts. Pricing will be shown automatically on site. If you're looking for something even more bespoke, for example a logo or even your own art, please submit a quote here. Is there a minimum size that you need to work to?
We tend to work to a minimum letter height of around 10cm (4 inches), as we find that letters have better definition at this size. It is possible to make letters smaller than this, but larger letters tend to display better. Generally, this also means we offer a minimum sign size of 50cm, and usually work up to a maximum of 300cm - however, please email our team at custom@neonbeach.com if you have additional questions regarding size considerations..

Returns/Cancellation
For fully custom/bespoke pieces we can't accept cancellation or returns after payment due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site. If your piece is faulty or has any error, of course we can accept a return or replacement for you.
For pre-set designed signs, we can accept a return within 14 days of receipt if the product is unused and is in the same condition and packaged like when it was first received.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at support@neonbeach.com and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.
We offer a 12 month guarantee on all pieces, so if your piece breaks or stops working in any way during this period just let us know and we will replace it free of charge! :)
